⚽💨 Skill & Footwork Grind – U12 Boys & U16 Girls 💪🔥

Both the U12 boys and U16 girls put in the work Wednesday with a foot skill-focused session! 🏃‍♂️⚡

We started with a solid warm-up using the M-Drill to get the legs moving and minds engaged.

Then, we leveled up with the M-Drill + dribbling & passing, refining our control and precision. 🎯⚽


For skill practice, we worked through 1-2-3-4, but focused on Levels 1 & 2:🔥

  • Lvl 1: Toe Taps, Squats, Hip Swivels🔥

  • Lvl 2: Soccer Box, Sole Rolls, Scissors, Stepovers + some fitness jumps to keep the energy high! 💥🏋️‍♂️


To wrap things up, we put those skills to the test in a fun but competitive Triangle Escape game. 💨⚽
