🏃♂️⚽ Grind Never Stops: Another Intense Training Session! 💪🔥

Wednesday’s session for the Girl's Practice was all about building skill, endurance, and strength!
💯 We kicked things off with a solid warm-up before diving into some foot skills drills—working on our touches and control by weaving through cones.
⚡🎯 Then, we practiced shuttle passing to sharpen our quick plays and accuracy. 🎭🔄
Next up: The workout. And trust me, it was a burner!
🔥 We pushed through a circuit of:
🏃♂️ Short sprints
🏋️♂️ Moving the heavy ball
💪 Pushups
🦵 Squat jumps
🤸♂️ Sit-ups
After that, we hit some conditioning with more sprints and a long run around the complex. No shortcuts, just pure hustle. 🏃♂️💨
To wrap it up, we played a small-field scrimmage to put our skills to the test in game-like situations. ⚽🔥
Another day, another step closer to getting better! Who else is putting in the work? 💯💪
